We specialize in residential interiors: new builds, full-scale renovations, and thoughtfully layered furnishings projects. We also offer design, decoration and styling for commercial projects as well. 

The earlier, the better. We love being part of the process from the start, collaborating with architects and builders to make sure the bones of the space support the vision.

White-glove. We start with discovery to learn about you, your tastes and goals for the home. We move to a vision casting phase, make sure we nailed the vibe, then we spec and present every single bit of the design. Once we press play, you can sit back, relax and let our team manage the entire project.

When the scope is clearly outlined and agreed upon at the start, we charge a flat fee for design services, a percentage for procurement and an hourly rate for project management. If the scope is undecided and you’d like our help with completing a smaller project, we can use our hourly rate to oversee the project.

Budgets vary. We can help set realistic expectations and priorities during our initial conversations.

We're resourceful and honest. If your budget doesn't match your wishlist, we’ll help you get clear on what matters most and build from there.

Happy with either - our preferred contractors are your best bet for things to flow smoothly and project management costs to be minimized. But if you have someone you like and trust - we’d love to collaborate.

It depends on the scope. Full-service projects can take several months to a year or more. We’ll build a realistic timeline and keep things moving.

It’s important that we know who you are and what you want for your space, but we do a great job of establishing those needs at the discovery phase. Once design is approved, things flow best and clients are happiest if they trust and allow us to handle the project with care and professionalism.

If you have a crisis of consciousness about any design choice, it’s ok and it’s normal. If you need to see alternatives, we simply implement the hourly rate to give you the right revisions. But a word to the wise…experience has shown us you’ll return to the original selection.

Our sweet spot is full-service design, but we do offer consulting and furnishings-only packages, and we are always happy to chat about your project (big or small) and answer any questions about interior design.

Yes. We’ve completed remote projects across the country. A strong process, clear communication, and detailed documentation make it possible and just as effective.
