ONE TIME CONSULTATION

Whether you are looking for the right designer or just in need of a kick start to your project, our 90 minute consultations are a great way to get the ball rolling! During this on site or virtual meeting, you’ll get a chance to ask all of your burning design questions, receive insider tips on sourcing and managing your project and a follow up email with lots of helpful notes! This consultation is always a time to learn more about the WARREN’s project management process and all of the benefits and services our clients receive.

RENOVATION

We love to help clients create new vision for their homes. With a fresh perspective and over a decade of experience, we are able to clearly spot issues and generate creative solutions for maximizing the beauty and function of your home. We bring the same level of intense attention to detail in managing and communicating with trades, that we do with new construction. Any project big or small, benefits greatly from having the right team. 3D rendering is a standard practice for all of our projects.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Hiring the right designer for a new construction project is imperative. We work to bring clarity, precision and reassurance to an exciting but often very overwhelming endeavor. We manage trades alongside your contractor to make sure that no detail is unattended and your dream home is fully realized. We generate to-scale, 3D renderings of all of our projects which not only prevents costly mistakes, but allows the client visualize all of the decisions they make.

DESIGN & DECORATION

Just as important as the shell of sound architecture, are the art and furnishings that fill it. We are obsessed with the craft of design and are relentlessly meticulous about sourcing, creating and curating a collection that is not only beautiful and functional but also tells the stories of our clients. We pride ourselves in generating individualistic spaces, unique to each home and person. We use the same processes and procedures in decorating, as we do in construction; handling all of the selections, procurement and installation for a big reveal moment. As with construction/renovation, 3D renderings are standard practice with design & decor.

BESPOKE FURNISHINGS

We design and build one of a kind pieces for each of our projects in our Los Angeles based work room. The workroom is staffed with a top tier upholstery team, building hardwood frames, 8-way hand tying spring seats and luxuriously filling cushions. Our carpenters create heirloom quality case goods, tables and built-ins that endure. Each piece we design is specifically tailored to the client and project.
