The dining room’s applied mouldings set the stage of a mammoth piece by our friend Chelsea Fly. The formality of the furnishings and trim is off-set by a Stilnovo style chandelier and playful green ceiling.

We added hand-hewn beams, exaggerated the baseboards,
beefed up the casings and played with subtle shifts in color
to create depth.

The butler’s panty became everyone's favorite room - just goes to show that rarely are the biggest rooms the most lived in. Two-tone cabinetry, marine style fixtures and tons of natural light make this a space in which to linger.
